Hello, and welcome to my website!

Once upon a time, I grew up in the Village of Czar, circa 200 people, in Alberta, Treaty 6, Turtle Island. It was a wonderful place, with wonderful people, for me to develop the roots I needed to do my best to courageously grow, personally and professionally...

My primary inspiration comes from learning, especially about people and their stories. I’m inspired by those who follow their hearts and minds, taking them to places they are truly meant to be, to do what they are truly meant to do. My primary motivation is to celebrate others, to make a positive impact, and to do my best to be the change I want to see in the world.

Gratefully, I've been able to develop my career in many different areas, which reflect my diverse interests and abilities: teaching; engineering; management consulting; project management; change management; digital transformation; strategy; brand development; collaboration; innovation; design thinking; human-centred design; CX/UX/UI; systems thinking; graphic design; multimedia design; communications; public speaking; writing, editing, and publishing; training; leadership; mentorship; facilitating; instructional design; interactive workshops; policy development; governance; requirements gathering and documentation; website development; Software Development Life Cycle; Product Development Life Cycle; Agile Methodologies; Master Data Management; e-commerce; Customer Relationship Management; social media; and social entrepreneurship.

Throughout my life and career, my North Star has been (and still is) Connection. I love co-designing with and for people, to help actualize transformational outcomes that make a positive difference. I thrive in seemingly complex contexts that require different ways of being and thinking to co-design deeper meaning for individuals, teams, organizations, communities, and the world.

Now, I'm living in the City of Toronto, circa 2.8 million people, and enjoying the next series of "dots" in my career-life path, continuing to meet many wonderful people, and expanding my career within opportunities that resonate with my values, strengths, and passions.
